DAY 1: (D) Calgary Arrival
- Transfer from airport to hotel by shuttle or on own
- . Please make sure provide flight and contact details one week prior.
- Check into the hotel (Check-in time is 3 PM). Early Check-in is subject to hotel policy.

- The hold on the card will be released once the guests check out and if no charges are incurred. It’s Highly recommended at checkout to check with the front desk regarding the hold amount.
- Meet and greet the tour manager at 6 pm in the lobby.
- Please note that if your flight is coming in late, you will miss the itinerary scheduled for today. There will not be any refunds.
- Tour Introduction and briefing followed by Dinner at the Indian restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2: (B, D) Calgary – Jasper / Hinton
- Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off on a full day journey to Jasper.
- Scenic Drive: Today’s drive takes you along some of the most spectacular routes in the Canadian Rockies. Travel through rolling foothills and dramatic mountain landscapes as you leave Calgary behind and head toward Jasper National Park.
- Banff National Park: Drive through Banff National Park, Canada’s first national park, and take in breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and forests.
- Wildlife Spotting: Keep your eyes open for wildlife such as elk, moose, mountain goats, and even bears that are often seen along this route.
- Dinner: Arrive in Hinton and enjoy a hearty dinner on at a local Indian restaurant
- Overnight Stay: Overnight stay at the hotel in Hinton.
DAY 3: (B, D) Jasper – Banff / Canmore
- Breakfast: After breakfast at the hotel, continue your journey through the breathtaking Canadian Rockies with a full-day scenic drive to Banff via the world-famous Icefields Parkway (Hwy 93), one of the most spectacular drives in North America.
- Athabasca Falls: Take a quick photo stop at the powerful Athabasca Falls, where the rushing waters carve through the rugged canyon — a must-see natural wonder.
- Columbia Icefield & Glacier Adventure: Arrive at the Glacier Discovery Centre. Board the iconic Ice Explorer Bus, a massive all-terrain vehicle, and venture onto the ancient Athabasca Glacier, where you can step out and walk on ice that is up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick. Then, take a shuttle to the Glacier Skywalk, a glass-floored observation platform suspended 280 m (919 ft) above the Sunwapta Valley, offering breathtaking views of glaciers, rugged peaks, and dramatic cliffs.
- Peyto Lake: (time permitting) Stop at the stunning Peyto Lake, famous for its bright turquoise color and wolf-head shape — one of the most photographed lakes in the Rockies.

DAY 4: (B) Canmore – Lake Louise – Yoho National Park – Canmore
- Breakfast: After breakfast, begin your day with a scenic drive toward Lake Louise, one of the most iconic destinations in the Canadian Rockies. Known for its striking turquoise, glacier-fed waters, Lake Louise is surrounded by towering mountain peaks and overlooked by the elegant Fairmont Chateau. Take time for photos and soak in breathtaking views.
- Yoho National Park: Continue your journey to Yoho National Park, whose name — “Yoho” — is a Cree expression of awe and wonder. This park is home to 28 peaks over 3,000 meters and is renowned for its dramatic rock walls and spectacular waterfalls.
- Emerald Lake: Stroll along the shores of the gem-colored Emerald Lake, taking in its stunning reflections of the surrounding mountains and the vibrant wildflowers in summer.

- Lake Minnewanka: Continue to Lake Minnewanka, a stunning glacial lake surrounded by rugged mountains. You will have the opportunity to take the famous Lake Minnewanka Cruise (optional and subject to availability) or enjoy a self-driven boat experience (optional and subject to availability).

DAY 6: (B) Fly Back
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drop off at the airport by hotel shuttle.

IMPORTANT KEYNOTES
- Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date
- A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
- For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that may occur at the hotel.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
- Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
- Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
- Tour company is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
- The hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
- We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 20 days of travel. There will be a $25 per person surcharge to be added to the invoice. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
- The passengers are liable to pay for any damage caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying at, on the coach, or at the restaurants and attractions. We will collect the amount before the end of the tour.
- We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
- We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their differences.
- Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
- The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
- Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
- Tour company does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
- Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
- Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents Traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
- Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
- A surcharge of $50 per person for bookings on Double Occupancy and $100 per person will be added to Single Occupancy for all bookings that are confirmed within ten days of travel. Sometimes, the Hotels are sold out. In those cases, the additional charge will vary.
- In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
- Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
- Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.

45-31 DAYS – 50% REFUND
LESS THAN 30 DAYS – 0% REFUND.
Booking Policy:
All bookings need to be received 60 days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Canadian departures.
