DAY 1: Arrive Lisbon, Capital of Portugal
Welcome to Lisbon, Portugal’s capital, which is the hub of a multifaceted area that appeals
to different tastes and senses. In a city that has been influenced by many different far-off
cultures over time, there is still a village feel in each historic neighbourhood. Stroll through
the Pombaline grid of streets in the Baixa district that opens on to the Tagus in Praça do
Comércio, then follow the river to discover some of the city’s most beautiful parts: the
monumental area of Belém with its World Heritage monuments, the mediaeval quarters
and the latest contemporary leisure spaces, such as the Parque das Nações.
Upon arrival you will be met a representative and transferred to the hotel on private basis.
Check in at the hotel and rest of the day is free for leisure or relaxing activities. (Please
note the standard check in time would be at 15:00 hrs or subject to hotel discretion)

DAY 2: Lisbon Hop On Hop Off (1 Day)

DAY 3:
Breakfast at the hotel. Explore Lisbon’s limitless compelling sights with the freedom of a
hop-on hop-off bus tour, with an optional line to Cascais. Tickets are valid for 24 hours
to grant you the most sightseeing flexibility. This tour offers four different lines to
choose from (tickets valid for one, two, three or four lines) with stops at Lisbon’s
memorable monuments, viewpoints and neighborhoods. You’ll get a lasting taste of
Lisbon’s history and culture on any line, so grab a ticket and hop on.

Lisbon to Porto via Train (approx. 3 to 3.5 hrs)
Breakfast at the hotel. Later transfer on your own to Lisbon Station for your train to Porto.
Upon your arrival transfer on your own to the Porto Hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure
or optional activities, depending on the train arrival.
Porto, also known as Oporto in English, is the second-largest city in Portugal, after Lisbon,
and one of the major urban areas in South-western Europe. Located along the Douro river
estuary in Northern Portugal, Porto is one of the oldest European centres, and its historical
core was proclaimed a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996. One of Portugal’s
internationally famous exports, port wine, is named for Porto, since the metropolitan area,
and in particular the caves of Vila Nova de Gaia, were responsible for the packaging,
transport and export of the fortified wine. In 2014, Porto was elected The Best European
Destination by the Best European Destinations Agency.

trip with a 24 hrs ticket. Get your transportation needs completely sorted out and all you
need to do is to hop off the bus at the Porto attractions that pique your interest!
With bus stops strategically located around the city, City Sightseeing Porto makes touring
Porto both easy and fun. Just hop off to see the destinations you want to explore up close
and then hop back on whenever you want, all you have to do is present your bus tour
ticket! Remember, you can switch between bus routes whenever you like!

DAY 5: Porto (Free Day – Optional Activities)
Breakfast at the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore the city on your own or
choose from various optional activities.
Option # 1 – Porto Douro Valley Full-Day Wine Tasting & River Cruise with Lunch
Douro Valley is known for being an excellent wine producing region, and on this tour,
you’ll sample delicious wines, and visit Douro Valley’s highlights in a day. Take the stress
out of booking your own transport by having Porto hotel pickup and drop-off included.
After a convenient transfer to Douro Valley, you’ll taste wines at historic vineyards and
wine estates, sample olive oil, go on a river cruise, and see spectacular view points
throughout the day. When you’ve worked up an appetite, a traditional Portuguese lunch is

OR Option # 2 – The Best Douro Boat Tour (Approx. 1.5 hrs)
A major river on the Iberian Peninsula, the Douro River (Rio Douro) flows from Duruelo de
la Sierra in northern Spain all the way to Porto in Portugal, where it empties into the
Atlantic Ocean. More than just the region’s lifeline, it’s also the centerpiece of the Douro
Valley, Portugal’s most famous wine region and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Climb aboard our sailboat for a panoramic tour of Porto. Start the adventure in the Douro
marina and discover the Ribeira and Cais de Gaia. You will pass slowly along the bank to

DAY 6: Porto to Lisbon by Train (Duration: 3 – 3.5 hrs)
Morning post breakfast, Later transfer on your own to Porto Station for your train to
Lisbon. Upon your arrival transfer on your own to the Lisbon Hotel. Rest of the day free for
leisure or optional activities, depending on the train arrival.
Skip The Line – Live Fado Show In Lisbon: ‘Fado In Chiado’ Ticket 19:00
Fado in Chiado is a live Fado Show, an excellent way to discover culture and the city. Enjoy
a 50 minute performance featuring two singers and two guitarists. Experience this passion
in a show that expresses the soul of Lisbon.

DAY 07: Depart Lisbon
Breakfast at the hotel, check out formalities and free time depending on the flight back home.
