Arrival

 

  • At baggage claims, call the driver using the number provided on the voucher.
  • The driver will direct you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport pick-up.
  • Transfer to the hotel, check in, and settle in.

Evening

 

  • 7:00 p.m.: Meet the tour manager in the hotel lobby.
  • Short walk to a nearby Indian restaurant for a welcome dinner.
  • After dinner, enjoy Times Square at your own pace.

Overnight: New York City 🌙

Day 2 — New York City Tour & Dinner Cruise

New York Marriott Marquis (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Morning

  • Indian breakfast at the restaurant.
  • Guided NYC tour with drive-by/photo stops at: 9/11 Memorial, United Nations HQ, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yards), Brooklyn Bridge.
  • Lunch: on your own

Afternoon

  • Summit One Vanderbilt for panoramic views and immersive art installations

Evening

  • Hudson River Dinner Cruise with Indian dinner and Bollywood music
  • Night views of the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Manhattan skyline
  • Weather contingency: If weather or unforeseen issues arise, the cruise will be replaced with a visit to the Statue of Liberty

Overnight: New York City 🌙

Day 3 — New York → Philadelphia → Washington, D.C.

Morning

  • Indian breakfast at the restaurant.
  • Depart New York; outlet shopping stops at The Mills at Jersey Gardens
  • Lunch: on your own

Afternoon

  • Guided city tour of Philadelphia
  • Visit Independence Hall and see the Liberty Bell; drive by Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Elfreth’s Alley, with photo stops at key landmarks.

Evening

  • Continue to Washington, D.C.
  • Indian dinner on arrival, then check in to the hotel.

Overnight: Washington, D.C. 🌙

Day 4 — Washington, D.C. → Harrisburg

  • The People’s House: A White House Experience (interactive exhibits)
  • The guided tour begins with the World War II Memorial and Lincoln Memorial
  • Continue D.C. tour: exterior views/photo stops at the White House and U.S. Capitol Building

Afternoon

  • Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History (gems, fossils, dinosaurs)
  • Lunch: on your own

Evening

  • Scenic drive to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
  • Indian dinner en route or on arrival; check in to the hotel

Day 5 – Harrisburg → Niagara Falls (Buffalo, NY)
Hotel: Sheraton Niagara Falls, NY (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Morning:
 • Breakfast at the hotel.
 • Visit the Pennsylvania State Capitol (grand dome, artwork, historic chambers).
 • Continue to Hershey’s Chocolate World (chocolate-making experience, shopping).
 • Lunch on your own.

Afternoon:
 • Visit the Corning Museum of Glass (stunning glass art, live glassblowing demos).

Evening:
 • Journey onward to Niagara Falls.
 • Indian dinner on arrival.
 • Experience the evening Illumination of Niagara Falls.

Overnight: Niagara Falls 🌙        

Day 6 – Niagara Falls Experience
Hotel: Sheraton Niagara Falls, NY (or similar)
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
     • Maid of the Mist boat tour (up close to Bridal Veil Falls; expect mist).
     • Cave of the Winds (Niagara Gorge descent; Hurricane Deck experience).

Afternoon:
 • Lunch on your own.
 • Free time: explore the area, shop for souvenirs, or try Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.

Evening:
 • Indian dinner.

Overnight: Niagara Falls 🌙

DAY 7: (B) FLYOUT FROM BUFFALO

Payment Policy:

A tour booking deposit of USD 200 per person is required to book the tour. 

Remaining balance is to be paid 45 days before date of travel.

Surcharge for booking confirmed within 15 days of travel-

  • A surcharge of $50 per person for bookings on double Occupancy and $100 Per person will be added to Single Occupancy – for all bookings that are confirmed within twenty days of travel. Sometimes, the Hotels sold out. In those cases, the additional charge will vary.

  • Children under two years travel free. Child price applies to children between the ages of 2 and under nine. Nine years and older are adult pricing.
  • A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.

Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations can be cancelled without any charge up to 45 days of travel

50% Refund will be provided between 44 days – 31 days 

No refund if cancelled within 30 days of travel

  • Cash for Mandatory tips to pay the driver and your own emergency needs.
Key Notes –
  • The tour manager’s contact details will be available to you one week before departure.
  • Valid roaming / What’s App contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and for other needed services.
  • For all passengers’ comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
  • For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
  • Check-in time at the Hotel is 4 p.m., while the check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
  • The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast, if applicable. The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the Hotel. (American Hotels has two Beds in one room at maximum.)
  • Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
  • Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; we will notify you of hotel changes.
  • Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 p.m. East.
  • We have a few locations where restaurants are within walking distance of the Hotel. Seating Arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
  • The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be a 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with fewer than 15 passengers, we will have a Driver who will act as a Tour leader.
  • If the group size is 15 or less, all Breakfast and Dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request that the passengers follow the restaurant’s guidelines.
  • We recommend that passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during the travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.
  • The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable Walking shoes are recommended.
  • A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions

  • Accessibility & Special Assistance
      Tours company is not equipped to provide specialized assistance for guests with mobility or other special needs and cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible facilities or vehicles. Guests requiring such assistance must travel with a companion who can provide support.


  • Personal Belongings
     Guests are responsible for their own valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings. Tours company   is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.


  • Property Damage
     Guests are liable for any damage they cause to hotels, coaches, venues, or other property while on tour.


  • No-Show
     No refunds will be issued for no-shows.


  • Inclusions & Incidentals
     Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast (if indicated). All incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges) are the guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file.


  • Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions
     For safety or operational reasons, including weather and traffic, the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond Tours company control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.


  • Optional Excursions
     Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through Tours company. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.


  • Coach Breakdowns
     If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.


  • Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)
     While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.


  • Limitation of Liability
     To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tours company will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
