• Day 1: Arrive San Francisco- The Bay City.

  Arrive “San Francisco- the Bay City.’ After custom formalities, head towards hotel. Transfer to the hotel on your own. Your Tour Manager will be waiting at the hotel lobby. Hotel check in. Later transfer for dinner. Overnight in Hotel.

• Day 2: San Francisco – Bay Cruise – City Tour – Cable Car Ride

  After breakfast, depart for Bay Cruise and view the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island from your cruise. Transfer for lunch. After lunch depart for San Francisco City tour. Later enjoy the Cable Car Ride – the world’s last manually operated cable car system. Visit Lombard Street – the crookest street on earth. Transfer for dinner. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 3: San Francisco –Lake Tahoe (194 miles, 3 hr. 30 mins approx.)

   Depart for Lake Tahoe after breakfast. Shimmering in myriad shades of blue and green. Upon arrival hotel check in. Evening is free at leisure to explore the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Overnight in Lake Tahoe.

Bring your cameras and join us for an exciting day in Los Angeles, Hollywood Boulevard, and Rodeo Drive. Have spectacular views of the Hollywood Sign & the skyscrapers of Downtown Los Angeles. Later depart to Las Vegas– the city of lights. Enjoy the orientation tour of Las Vegas. Then we will move on to the Fremont Street.  This street is famous for glittering lights, stunning visuals, sound effects and crowds of people. Overnight in Vegas.

  Today morning enjoy Indian breakfast in Indian restaurant. Today also experience the Stratosphere Tower. Payment Policy:

A tour booking deposit of USD 1000 per person is required to book the tour. 

Remaining balance is to be paid 45 days before date of travel.

• A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all international bank transactions.

Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations can be cancelled without any charge up to 45 days of travel

50% Refund will be provided between 44 days – 31 days 

No refund if cancelled within 30 days of travel

Important Notes: 

• Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2 pax in a room and the extra passengerhave to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the passengersin a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.
• Child age :2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
• American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
• Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
• We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
• No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
• We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
• Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
• Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
• At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
• Please note that your package includes Stay, Private transfers, Seat in Coach (SIC) transfers and Sightseeing. Any Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Transfers, Entrances and any Tours (Except for the once pre-booked through us) are additional and passengers have to pay extra in case they intend to opt any.
• Car on disposable basis will be of 10 hours only, if in case you may use more than 10 hours they will charge directly on the spot(that you have to pay directly).
• Reach the Seat in Coach Tour pick up point 45-30 minutes before your departure time.
• For transfers, Total luggage you can carry is 1 big bags (23 KG), 1 small bags (7 kg). If you have any extra bags, then you have to pay directly. 
• All hotels may ask for credit card for refundable security deposit. If you do not have credit card, then hotel might not allow you to check in. Please carry International valid credit card, its mandatory.
