- Airport shuttle pickups are available only for passengers arriving by flight. The recommended arrival time is before 4 PM.

- Upon arrival, passengers will take the hotel shuttle to the hotel.
- Check-in at the hotel is from 3 PM. Early check-in is subject to hotel policy.
- Meet and greet with the tour manager at 6 PM in the hotel lobby. Your tour manager will prepare you for your upcoming adventure.
- Enjoy a delicious dinner with a variety of mouthwatering dishes at an Indian restaurant.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
2: Day Trip to Niagara Falls (Monday) (B)
- After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to visit the iconic Niagara Falls.
- Enjoy a visit to a winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
- Stop for a quick photo at the famous Floral Clock.
- Board the Hornblower Cruise for a thrilling boat ride to experience Niagara Falls from river level. Glide along the Niagara River, taking in stunning views of both the American and Canadian Falls, providing a breathtaking backdrop for memorable photos. Ponchos are provided to stay dry while enjoying the power of the falls up close.
- Visit Journey Behind the Falls, a captivating attraction offering a unique perspective of the falls. Descend through tunnels carved into the rock to observation platforms for stunning views of the cascading water.
- Later, enjoy dinner at a Indian restaurant.
- Visit the Skylon Tower and ride to the top to experience panoramic views of the entire Niagara Region from 774 feet above ground.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Niagara Falls.
DAY 3: Toronto (Tuesday) (B)
Niagara Falls & Toronto Sightseeing
- After breakfast at the hotel, board Late start, free time for an hr. at the falls on own.
- Lunch on your own.
- Enjoy a three-hour guided city tour of Toronto, exploring its historical landmarks and iconic attractions.
- Dinner at a Indian restaurant returning to the hotel in Toronto for an overnight stay
DAY 4: Ottawa (Wednesday) (B) Toronto → Ottawa 1000 Islands
- After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive towards Ottawa (approx. 3-hour drive).
- En route, make a quick stop at The Big Apple, the world’s biggest apple and bakery — a fun roadside venue featuring counter-serve dining, a country store, mini-golf, and kiddie train rides.
- Proceed to Rockport to board a scenic cruise through the breathtaking 1000 Islands region. Discover majestic castles, lush landscapes, and hear fascinating tales of the area’s history as you sail through this picturesque region and have lunch on your own.
- After the cruise, drive to Ottawa for a guided city tour, where you’ll see important landmarks and gain insights into Canada’s capital city.
- End the day with dinner at Indian a restaurant and overnight stay in Ottawa
DAY 5: Montreal (Thursday) (B)

- After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive towards Montreal.
- After lunch (on your own),

DAY 6: Quebec City Day Trip (Friday) (B,)
Montreal → Quebec City → Montreal
- After breakfast, drive towards Quebec City (approximately 3 hours).
- Visit the spectacular Montmorency Falls (Chute Montmorency), a majestic waterfall on the Montmorency River that towers 30 meters higher than Niagara Falls, offering breathtaking views and photo opportunities.
- Enjoy lunch on your own before proceeding on a guided city tour of Quebec City.
- Discover the charm of this 400-year-old city, founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain along the banks of the Saint Lawrence River. Explore its cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and unique European flair. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Quebec City offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and natural beauty.
- Drive back to Montreal in the evening.
- Enjoy dinner at a restaurant Indian Restaurant and an overnight stay in Montreal.
DAY 7: Fly back (Saturday) (B) Departure Day – Montreal Today, after breakfast, check out from the hotel (check-out time: 11:00 AM).
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Montreal (YUL) Airport. Please confirm shuttle timings with the bell desk in advance. If you have an early flight and the shuttle is not operational (shuttle timings: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM), please arrange for a cab at your own expense. Please note that packed breakfast is not available for guests departing on early flight

- 6 breakfasts at the hotel (due to COVID-19, breakfasts may be either grab-and-go or plated).
- Tour Director: Will meet the group at 6 PM on Day 1 and accompany them until the end of the tour.
- The tour will be conducted in a 55-seater, 22-seater, 15-seater, van, or sedan depending on the number of participants. Please check with us one week prior to departure for details on the vehicle size.

- Hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.
- Water bottles/kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
- Seating on the coach is rotational basis
- For groups under 10 passengers, a driver will act as the tour leader, and meals may be plated instead of buffet.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows. - Inclusions & Incidentals
Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast (if indicated). All incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges) are the guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file. - Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions
For safety or operational reasons, including weather and traffic, the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided. - Optional Excursions
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through us. Activities booked independently are outside our range of services; Tours Limited assumes no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements. - Coach Breakdowns
If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered. - Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)
While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control while sold out including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour company will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHARGES FROM TRAVEL DATE:
GREATER THAN 45 DAYS – 100% REFUND.
45-31 DAYS – 50% REFUND
LESS THAN 30 DAYS – 0% REFUND.
Booking Policy:
All bookings need to be received 60 days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Canadian departures.
