Day 1: San Francisco

Check-in is at 4 PM in SFO. The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The hotel will accept Cash or credit cards only in the guest’s name. The only cards accepted are international credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. If there are no incidental charges, the hotel will release the hold from the credit card within three weeks. Everyone takes a zero-balance statement at check-out.

• Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour.

• Walk 10 minutes from the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a perfect way to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members

Day 2: San Francisco

Hotel – San Francisco Marriott Marquis or similar     

Attraction – BAY CRUISE, THE FLYER, CITY TOUR SFO, CABLE CAR

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day to enjoy in SAN FRANCISCO today.

• Start with the impressive skyline of San Francisco on a BAY CRUISE, with spectacular views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Bay Bridge. An Audio tour in 16 languages provides a detailed history of this great city.
• Afterward, San Francisco’s Biggest landmarks and attractions are featured in an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you flying with your feet dangling over the city by the bay. THE FLYER SFO is the perfect way to get a head start on this beautiful and vibrant city. The Flyer—San Francisco combines motion seats, live-action, and computer-generated imagery to simulate flight, and in-theater special effects create a sweeping experience for all your senses.
• Lunch on your own.
• After a relaxing lunch, discover your city with a tour guide today. The guide will cover all the significant highlights of the city in an in-depth CITY TOUR, INCLUDING TWIN PEAKS. San Francisco’s Twin Peaks are two prominent hills near the city’s center. Each one stands about 922 feet tall and offers fantastic views of the Bay Area down to the water.
• Towards the end, enjoy a fantastic ride aboard a CABLE CAR (the world’s last manually operated Cable car system- if operational).
• Dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 3:  San Francisco – Yosemite -Fresno

Attraction – YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK

• Today, after breakfast at the hotel, you will drive from SFO TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (approximately 3.5 hours’ drive). Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology’s most famous sights.
• Lunch on your own.

• From YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, drive to Fresno (approximately 1 1/2 hours) to check into your hotel. En route, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

In the event of wildfires, snow and ice, road icing, and road closures, we reserve the right to temporarily change the day’s itinerary to ensure the safety of the guests instead of going to Yosemite.

Day 4:  Fresno – Los Angeles

Hotel – Hilton Glendale or similar      

Attraction –Tejon Mall, City Tour of Los Angeles

Today, after the breakfast checkout, we will depart to Los Angeles.

• Stop over to Enjoy some retail therapy at Tejon MALL. With over 14 million people visiting this outlet, it is one of the top tourist destinations in Southern California. Stores include Michael Kors, forever 21, Nike Factory Store, and many more.

• Lunch on your own.
• Proceed to do a city tour of Los Angeles.
• Enjoy a GUIDED TOUR OF LOS ANGELES by our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of LA, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, and rodeo drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points.

Enjoy a wonderful dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 5:    Los Angeles – Las Vegas

Hotel – Paris or similar

Attraction – Universal Studios Hollywood.

• After breakfast at the hotel, it is time to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood (900AM—400PM). This Sprawling Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops, and one of the oldest real-working movie studios in use is a unique and fun-filled experience for the whole family. There’s lots to explore for all ages throughout the park. 

• Lunch on your own.

• We will leave the park in the afternoon (at approximately 4 p.m.) and proceed to Las Vegas.

• Dinner at an Indian restaurant. After dinner, enjoy exploring the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS.
• Now it is time for the city tour, which will give an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour by coach. This tour will cover famous landmarks like Bellagio Fountains, the iconic ‘Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas’ sign, and the FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE—VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOW – a sound and light show on an immense canopy screen. This stop will wow you with 12 million LEDs flashing under a four-block-long canopy, with zip liners flying overhead.

Day 6:   Las Vegas

Attraction – OPTIONAL GRAND CANYON, LAS VEGAS STRIP TOUR

Packed Breakfast, Dinner

• If you have booked your GRAND CANYON through us, our Tour manager will drop you off at the pickup location for your tour.
• Lunch on your own.
• Meet your Tour manager in the evening for dinner at an Indian restaurant.
• Later in the evening, free time to explore on your own. Las Vegas has dozens of glamorous casinos scattered throughout the city. 

The day is free to explore on your own. Perhaps try your hand at the blackjack table, check out some over-the-top hotel lobbies (Bellagio, Venetian, Luxor, etc.), or lounge by the pool. Your Tour Director will also have plenty of ideas and can recommend favorite restaurants and shopping areas.

Day 7: (B) GOODBYE!

After breakfast, check out of the hotel (check-out time is 11 a.m.). Transfers will be provided to the airport.

A tour booking deposit of USD 200 per person is required to book the tour. 

Remaining balance is to be paid 45 days before date of travel.

• YOUR FLIGHT WILL ARRIVE IN SFO ON Wednesday AND DEPART OUT OF LAS Vegas ON Tuesday. Hotel Check-in in Vegas is at 4 p.m. Wednesday and check-out at the SFO Hotel is by 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Please note this while booking the flight.
• Please provide the flight information as soon as possible to ensure smooth transfers.

Key Notes –

• Please provide a valid roaming / What’s App contact number for the passenger that must be provided at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and other needed services.
• The tour manager contact details will be available one week before departure.
• Check-in time at the Hotel is 4 p.m., while the check-out is 11 a.m.
• For individual check-ins, hotels in Vegas will ask for a credit card with the guest’s name at check-in for incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC, which will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes 3-4 business weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel.
• Porterage/Baggage Handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
• The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast, if applicable. The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the Hotel. (American Hotels has two Beds in one room at maximum.)
• Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
• Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities. We will notify you of hotel changes.
• For all passengers’ comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: one carry-on and One International-sized suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
• For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
• We have a few locations where restaurants are within walking distance of the Hotel. Seating Arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
• The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable Walking shoes are recommended.
• The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be a 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with fewer than 15 passengers, we will have a Driver who will act as a Tour leader.
• If the group size is 15 or less, all Breakfast and Dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request that the passengers follow the restaurant’s guidelines.
• We recommend that passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during the travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.

The tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, Tours Limited will try its best to fix the problem. However, Tours Limited will provide No monetary compensation.

We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through Tours Limited. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If the optional tours which is not purchased through us. Tours Limited will not provide any assistance with that service.

In case of a Coach Breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. Tours Limited will provide No monetary compensation.

The Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are confirmed. However, in case of the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control—such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, Government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities—to the extent that such circumstances occur, the same Hotel cannot be provided. Tours Limited will provide a similar Hotel. However, Tours Limited will not offer any monetary compensation.
