Welcome to New York City, the place of skyscrapers and history and where culture mingles with its people.

When you check into the Luxurious property, experience a world-class New York hotel in the center of the world’s most visited tourist attraction area of New York.

 Our representative will be at NYC airport for a private pick up. Pick up details for each airport is  mentioned in the itinerary below. 

Airport Pick-up Information:

• We provide complimentary airport pick-up from JFK AIRPORT and LaGuardia Airport to the Hotel at Times Square.

Important Note: For smooth arrival and departure transfers, please provide guest flight details and a valid roaming or WhatsApp phone number at least two weeks before the departure date.

• The additional transfer cost for Newark (EWR) Airport is $55 for a sedan (2 passengers) and $90 for a van (up to 4 passengers).
• Once you reach the baggage claim, please call the driver’s number provided on the voucher. The driver will inform you of the meeting point.
• Meet and Greet is available at an additional cost of $50 in New York Airports.

At Hotel -Check-in at 4 p.m. in NY. The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The Hotel will accept Credit cards in the guest’s name only. The only cards accepted are -International credit/debit cards – Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. The Hotel will release the hold from the Credit card within three weeks in case of no incidental charges. Everyone takes a zero-balance statement at check out.

• Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour.

• Walk for 10 minutes in Times Square and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a perfect time to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members.
• After dinner, enjoy free time at TIMES SQUARE on your own to see the city in action at night.

     Times Square is at its most spectacular after dark!

 DAY 2: (B, D)- NEW YORK CITY TOUR / STATUE OF LIBERTY / BRAND NEW ATTRACTION THE SUMMIT

You will enjoy an excellent New York drive experience, which includes the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Organization, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yard), Brooklyn Bridge, etc. There will be a few Photo stops. 
  • It’s time to elevate your night with a New York dinner cruise. Step aboard a beautiful boat and embark on a fantastic journey that promises delicious food and an incredible dusk-to-dawn view of the Hudson River. Relax and experience NYC’s iconic landmarks, from the boat STATUE OF LIBERTY, Brooklyn Bridge, etc., while enjoying a delicious Indian dinner with catchy Bollywood tunes. It’s one of the kinds of cruise events that make long-lasting memories. In case of weather conditions or any unforeseen causes, the dinner cruise does not operate. We will provide a visit to the Statue of Liberty.

• Get an early start to your day with breakfast at an Indian Restaurant, 
• Next, drive to THE MILLS AT JERSEY GARDENS, the largest shopping mall in New Jersey with more than 200 stores. 
• Enjoy a Lunch at one of the many restaurants on your own in the food court. 
• Drive to Philadelphia (approximately 1-1/2 hours’ drive without traffic) 

Fun Fact- PHILADELPHIA, the largest city in Pennsylvania, is also known as America’s first world heritage city and the nation’s number one historical city.

• GUIDED CITY TOUR OF PHILADELPHIA.
• Our entertaining tour guide is a history buff. It will introduce the group to a real sense of Philadelphia’s place in history. 
• Drive to Washington, DC (3.5 hours) for a comfortable dinner at an Indian restaurant.

DAY 04: Washington, D.C.-Harrisburg

•  Say good morning to DC with a warm breakfast at the hotel!
• Enjoy a CITY TOUR OF DC with a specialized guide covering all the significant landmarks. You will see the major monuments That cover World War || – Lincoln Memorial – the White House – the U.S. Capitol, and much more with few photo stops.
• Explore the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY to view all the different exhibits related to national history. 
• Lunch on your own. 

• The next stop is on the National Harbor. Enjoy the easy ride of DC New Attraction -The Capitol wheel ride, which takes you 180ft high at the river—giving an incredible bird’s eye view of the Potomac River.

• Drive to Harrisburg (around 2 .5 Hrs.)
•  Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant on the way to the hotel.

DAY 05: Harrisburg – Niagara Falls Buffalo, NY

• Take an inside peek at the political hub of the state.
• Check out the sweetest destination on the itinerary. HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD. Get on an exhilarating chocolate ride that takes you to the origin of chocolate making. Experience the fun and unwrap your chocolate adventure. 
• Lunch on your own. 
• Drive to Corning to check out the World’s most comprehensive Glass collection at CORNING MUSEUM OF GLASS. The museum brings the glass to life by having live demonstrations
• Proceed to Niagara Falls (Approximately 3 hours from Corning). 
• After Dinner at an Indian restaurant, we will proceed to the ILLUMINATION OF NIAGARA FALLS AT NIGHT -This illumination includes a range of colors that alternate throughout the evening and shine over all of Niagara Falls. Check into the hotel.

DAY -06 Niagara Falls Buffalo, NY

• There will be no coach services today.

• Afterward, walk to MAID OF THE MIST to take a closer look at the Bridal veil falls in a boat ride on the river.

Proceed to CAVE OF THE WINDS, where you will take an elevator ride- 175 feet below to get a firsthand feel of the Power of Falls. Geared up in a souvenir rain poncho, guests follow wooden walkways along Niagara River to the Hurricane Deck. Carry an extra pair of clothes as you will get wet.

• Enjoy a Lunch at one of the many restaurants in the food court.  
• Enjoy a free evening on your own, walking near falls and exploring. Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino are also within walking distance. Seneca Niagara is the place for you if you’re seeking the thrill of the game. This Casino offers over 80 tables of live-action gaming plus more than 2,700 slot machines. That’s a lot of ways to win 
• Walk to the Indian restaurant – Enjoy your meal!

  DAY 7: FLY OUT OF BUF TO MCO

After breakfast, our representative will pick you up from the hotel for airport transfer based on your individual flights (please note that check-out time is 11 a.m. The packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking early flights. Your departure flight will be out of BUF – This airport transfer on a private basis is included in your cost.

Domestic Flight Booking on the following Wednesday – FLY OUT OF BUF Niagara Falls to MCO (Orlando). Hotel Check-in is at 3 p.m. in Orlando.

DAY 07: -ORLANDO – NO TOUR ESCORT FOR ORLANDO

• Upon arrival, you will be picked up by our representative from the baggage claim and dropped off at the hotel (check-in time is 3 p.m.).

DAY 8: ORLANDO MAGIC KINGDOM

 Please check with the front desk regarding shuttle timings to MAGIC KINGDOM. This will be a round-trip transportation provided from the hotel. Magic Kingdom Park is a theme park at Walt Disney World Resort featuring classic attractions, enchanting fireworks, musical parades, and Disney Characters. Enjoy a full day at the park. You will need to carry your photo ID and the printed version of the confirmation number of your ticket. (Smart phones are recommended for easy maneuvering to the park). Overnight at the hotel. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO STAY BACK FOR FIREWORKS, PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR TRANSFER. Lunch and Dinner will be on own. Overnight stay at the hotel. 

DAY 9: PORT CANAVERAL CRUISE

 Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel at 11 am for transfer to the Port Canaveral cruise terminal. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY DO DROP OFF AT PORT CANAVERAL AS A PART OF OUR ITINERARY. WE ENCOURAGE THAT YOU BOOK ROYAL CARIBBEAN DEPARTING EVERY FRIDAY FROM PORT CANAVERAL. If there is any deviation on the cruise, please ensure that this is informed to us prior. We cannot accept last minute changes to the flow.

 DAY 10: CRUISE DAY 11: CRUISE DAY

DAY 12: ORLANDO-

FREE DAY ON OWN Our representative will pick you up from the port at 9 am from the cruise terminal upon disembarking. Hotel check in time is 3 pm. You are free to leave your luggage with the bell desk and enjoy some shopping time at the Premium Outlet mall close to your hotel. Enjoy a free day on your own. Lunch and Dinner will be on their own. Overnight at the hotel. 

 DAY 13: ORLANDO EPCOT

• Afterward, San Francisco’s Biggest landmarks and attractions are featured in an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you flying with your feet dangling over the city by the bay. DAY 16:  SAN FRANCISCO – YOSEMITE -FRESNO

• Today, after breakfast at the hotel, you will drive from SFO TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (approximately 3.5 hours’ drive). Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology’s most famous sights.
• Lunch on your own.

• From YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, drive to Fresno (approximately 1 1/2 hours) to check into your hotel. En route, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

In the event of wildfires, snow and ice, road icing, and road closures, we reserve the right to temporarily change the day’s itinerary to ensure the safety of the guests instead of going to Yosemite.

DAY 17:  Fresno – LOS ANGELES:

Today, after the breakfast checkout, we will depart for Los Angeles.

• Stop over to Enjoy some retail therapy at Tejon MALL. With over 14 million people visiting this outlet, it is one of the top tourist destinations in Southern California. Stores include Michael Kors, forever 21, Nike Factory Store, and many more.

• Lunch on your own.
• Proceed to do a city tour of Los Angeles.
• Enjoy a GUIDED TOUR OF LOS ANGELES by our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of LA, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, and rodeo drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points.

• Enjoy a wonderful dinner at an Indian restaurant.

DAY 18:    LOS ANGELES – LAS VEGAS

• After breakfast at the hotel, it is time to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood (900AM—400PM). This Sprawling Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops, and one of the oldest real-working movie studios in use is a unique and fun-filled experience for the whole family. There’s lots to explore for all ages throughout the park.

• Lunch on your own.

• We will leave the park in the afternoon (at approximately 4 p.m.) and proceed to Las Vegas.

• Dinner at an Indian restaurant. After dinner, enjoy exploring the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS.
• Now it is time for the city tour, which will give an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour by coach. This tour will cover famous landmarks like Bellagio Fountains, the iconic ‘Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas’ sign, and the FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE—VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOW – a sound and light show on an immense canopy screen. This stop will wow you with 12 million LEDs flashing under a four-block-long canopy, with zip liners flying overhead.

                If you have booked your GRAND CANYON through us, our Tour manager will drop you off at the pickup location for your tour.

• Meet your Tour manager in the evening for dinner at an Indian restaurant.
• Later in the evening, free time to explore on your own. Las Vegas has dozens of glamorous casinos scattered throughout the city.

The day is free to explore on your own. Perhaps try your hand at the blackjack table, check out some over-the-top hotel lobbies (Bellagio, Venetian, Luxor, etc.), or lounge by the pool. Your Tour Director will also have plenty of ideas and can recommend favorite restaurants and shopping areas.

DAY -20: GOODBYE!

After breakfast, check out from the hotel (check-out time is 11 a.m.). Transfers will be provided to the airport.

Important information – FLIGHT BOOKING –

• INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FLIGHTS are not included in the Tour package.
• YOUR FLIGHT WILL BE ARRIVING ON THURSDAY IN NY AND DEPARTING OUT OF BUFFALO, NY, ON WEDNESDAY. Hotel Check-in in NY is at 4 P.M. Thursday, and Check-out at BUF Niagara Falls by 11 A.M. on Wednesday.
• Domestic Flight Booking on the following Wednesday – FLY OUT OF BUF Niagara Falls To MCO (Orlando). Hotel Check-in is at 3 m. in Orlando.
• Domestic Flight Booking on the following Wednesday – MCO, Orlando to SFO. Please reach SFO by evening at 4 P.M. Hotel Check-in in SFO is at 4 P.M.
• Your flight will depart from Las Vegas on Tuesday. Please note this when booking the flight. You must check out of the Vegas Hotel by 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
• Please provide the flight information as soon as possible to ensure smooth transfers.

• Cash for Mandatory tips to pay the driver and your own emergency needs.

Key Notes –

• The tour manager contact details will be available to you one week before departure.
• Valid roaming / What’s App contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and for other needed services.
• For all passengers’ comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
• For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
• Check-in time at the Hotel is 4 p.m., while the check-out is 11 a.m.
• Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective Hotel and pay on their own.
• The standard room is with a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the Hotel. (American Hotels has 2 Beds in one room at maximum.)
• Incidental Charges at Hotel (Only Room +Tax is included in cost) If you order any room service/damage to the property, everything else is considered incidental and will be charged to you.
• All documents for Orlando (Park tickets/Cruise if booked by us will be handed over by the tour manager on the East Coast. Please inform the passengers that the Orlando portion will have no tour manager.
• Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
• Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; we will notify you of hotel changes.
• Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 p.m. East.
• Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 5:30 p.m. West.
• We have a few locations where restaurants are within walking distance from the Hotel. Seating arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
• The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with less than 15 passengers, we will have a driver who will act as a tour
• If the group size is 15 or less, all Breakfast and Dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request that the passengers follow the restaurant’s guidelines.
• We recommend that passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during the travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.
• The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable Walking shoes are recommended.
• A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.

The tour company will not give any refund for No show.

Tour company will cover the Hotel Room + Tax and Breakfast (if applicable). All Incidental additional room service and any kind of damage will be charged to Guests’ credit cards.

The tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, Tours Limited will try its best to fix the problem. However, Tours Limited will provide No monetary compensation.

We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through Tours Limited. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If the optional tours which is not purchased through us. Tours Limited will not provide any assistance with that service.

In case of a Coach Breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. Tours Limited will provide No monetary compensation.

The Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are confirmed. However, in case of the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control—such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, Government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities—to the extent that such circumstances occur, the same Hotel cannot be provided. Tours Limited will provide a similar Hotel. However, Tours Limited will not offer any monetary compensation.
